Small Biz Talks is committed to helping you take your Business Studies to the next level. To help kick start your career. We are offering a scholarship to a student who is currently enrolled in a Marketing or Business Degree.
SmallBizTalks will award $1,000 for the best entry every year. The scholarship will be awarded in check form, made payable directly to the university that the winner is, or will be, attending.
Eligibility Requirements:
This scholarship is available for current students in an undergraduate business degree program at an accredited college or university or high school students who have been accepted into a college and plan to study business and/or marketing.
You must have a GPA of 3.0 or greater
You must be a US citizen
How To Apply
Follow the steps below to enter:
1. Each applicant must submit a 500 to 800-word essay on – How Entrepreneurship Is Helping Students Be Successful. The essay must include details on how the scholarship can help the applicant succeed in school and later as an entrepreneur.
2. Email your entry to [email protected] from your .edu email.
Selection Criteria –
Submissions will be reviewed and selected by a committee. Essays will be judged based on overall quality, including originality, creativity, grammar, and style.
Deadlines:
All applications must be received by SmallBizTalks by 5:00 p.m. PST on August 1st, 2019. We will award the $1000 scholarship on September 1st, 2019. The winner will receive notification via email or over the phone.
